Isobar Ultra^®

SpeedDeck’s IsoBar Ultra spacer support rail and bracket grid, has been specifically designed to provide an alternative to the IsoBar, for deeper cavity construction providing additional strength, stability and still reducing cold bridging across the insulation zone.

The IsoBar Ultra has been engineered to meet stringent construction demands, currently and in the future. The new bracket shape carries more loading than standard grid support systems removing all requirements for extra support for loading out areas on roofs, and with its unique interaction between the bracket head and three sided bar, spans of up to 1500mm dependent on project loadings are now achievable.

The IsoBar Ultra system can be used on roof & wall applications for both New Build & Refurbishment Solutions, providing our clients with a thermally modelled, tried and tested system with unrivalled installation simplicity and system strength.

The IsoBar Ultra spacer support grid system creates the cavity between the outer roofing or cladding sheet and the internal sheet to suit the required U-Value, providing choice in performance design. The depth of the IsoBar Ultra brackets range from 180mm up to 400mm providing flexibility for system selection down to 0.10 U Value, (depending on lambda value of insulation & centres of supports) and no requirement for anti-sway brackets.

The IsoBar Ultra rail consists of a roll formed, high tensile 1.6mm steel profiled 3 sided rail with 4 ribs, and an interlocking joggle joint providing additional strength, stability and ensuring fastener security, in lengths of 1m & 3m.
