SpeedDeck’s StramLiner is used in conjunction with our full range of standing seam, and box profiled roofing systems, providing an 0.9mm aluminium non-walkable internal finish for roofing applications in both its solid & perforated formats, and a 0.4mm steel wall liner for wall or cladding applications. Both StramLiner materials and applications hold in place the insulation within a warm roof and wall or cladding built up system, and to provide lateral restraint of the top flange of the purlin or rail.

Materials Available*: Aluminium (Non walkable)

Finishes: Plain Mill, Polyester, ARS (PVdf or PVF² on enquiry).

Gauges: 0.90

Colours: Standard Colours & Special Colours (subject to minimum order)

Steel (Non walkable) – Wall or Cladding Applications ONLY

Finishes: Polyester (Leathergrain, HPS200 Ultra, Sirius on enquiry).

Gauges: 0.40

Colours: Standard Colours & Special Colours (subject to minimum order)

Fixing Specification

Walk Liner Fixings:	Intermediate	1 Nr SDIBSW or stainless steel fixings into every trough
	End Laps	2 Nr SDIBSW or stainless steel fixings into every trough
	Side Laps	No requirement for fixing

Walk Liner Sealants:	End Laps	1 Row of 6x5 butyl – Class A
	Side Laps	SDSeal - 50 x 1mm jointing tape

VCL & Airtightness

Primary VCL: Within our low-humidity non-perforated liner systems the VCL is formed by sealing the StramLiner as per the above fixing specification.

Results of air leakage tests based on a 50Pa test:-

Side laps: < 0.1m³/hr/lm

End laps: < 0.1m³/hr/lm
