Supplied in aluminium or steel with a vast range of colours and finishes, SpeedDeck® secret fix built up metal roof systems provide the perfect flexible solution for any designer with its ‘simple to design' principle and for the contractor ‘simple to install’ ethos. With less perimeter components, slimmer verges, wider cover width and a simple clip system with no additional zipping up or mechanical seaming, the SpeedDeck® secret fix system saves money and time and reduces the carbon footprint compared to any ‘Zip-Up’ standing seam system.

Cranked SpeedDeck®
Specialist welded cranked aluminium secret fix standing seam roof sheets available all subject to transport. A cranked sheet is a bespoke fabricated SpeedDeck® roof sheet formed by welding two SpeedDeck® sheets.
Used to form a ridge on a pitched roof removing the requirement for ridge flashing and the supporting ridge components or a change of angle on either the roof or wall.
The SpeedDeck® secret fix metal roof systems are produced in ‘our state of the art’ manufacturing facilities based in Suffolk and delivered to sites throughout the Uk, and Europe. As a single source supplier of roofing & cladding / façade systems we always seek to minimise the amount of deliveries to any of your sites, reducing carbon emissions and delivery costs.
SpeedDeck® is not restricted in length by haulage as onsite roll forming of the roof sheet is encouraged to minimise the carbon impact of production by reducing deliveries on projects over 3,000m2 or where sheet lengths are over 18.5m long.
Options available to manufacture SpeedDeck® secret fix metal roofing systems:
Factory produced and delivered to site
Generally SpeedDeck® secret fix roof sheets up to 18.5m are manufactured in Suffolk and delivered to site. Although this is the norm, we have delivered to site much longer roof sheets with careful consideration of the route to the site, and the involvement of traffic management services.
If the standing seam is curved, waveform, hockey stick, tapered or cranked then our internal sales & customer service team will be delighted to advise on the best options available to you to reduce cost and the carbon impact on delivering the product to site in a timely manner.
All backed with our Protector System Warranty, providing a single source warranty for the whole system INCLUDING workmanship for up to 25 years.
